Cal/OSHA 10 Hour training is intended to provide entry-level workers with the knowledge about worker’s rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint as well as how to recognize and abate job related hazards which may be encountered on a construction site. Training should emphasize hazard identification, avoidance, control and prevention, and less on Cal/OSHA standards.
